Edizioni Edilingua is pleased to invite you to the educational workshop for teachers of Italian as a foreign language organized in collaboration with the Education Department of the Italian Consulate in London and the Italian Cultural Institute in London. The workshop will be held on Saturday 6 May 2017, from 10.00 to 17.00, at the Italian Cultural Institute in London (39, Belgrave Square – London) and will cover the following:
“From paper to digital: materials, tools and good practices”
- Motivation in the Italian language class. Usage of videos and games in teaching
- Teaching in the 2.0 era: new digital tools and how to best exploit them. The gamification scheme and “i-d-e-e.it”, the teaching resources provided by Edilingua
- Italian for children: let’s have fun while learning!
- Italian language teaching in Primary Schools: a description of the context and ideas to ease Italian curricular courses (held by Prof. Attanasio, teacher at St John’s C of E Primary School)
The workshop will be held by Telis Marin, director, author and trainer of Edizioni Edilingua. It will be held in Italian except for Prof. Attanasio’s speech, which will be in English.

Participants will be asked to actively work on educational materials and at the end of the workshop they will receive a complimentary Edilingua book, a certificate of attendance and more information about Edilingua resources.
