The University of Westminster has always been different and is now the most internationally diverse University in the UK. The University’s predecessors created a place where the public could explore new ideas, view new inventions and learn new skills. Similarly, the University has also always striven to make a difference, embodying the symbiotic link between theory and practice and changing the world for good.

The University of Westminster’s Difference Festival is a week-long celebration offering a series of free events, which will pay homage to the history and roots of the institution, whilst showcasing the work of staff, students and alumni. During the week 27 February – 3 March, you will have the opportunity to learn something new at lunchtime, discover something different at an evening session, or join a Regent Street evening discussion.
